The Sheffield Inter Faith Walk happens this Sunday April 26th, 2.30 to 4.30pm. All are welcome. Start at Al-Rakman Mosque Ellesmere Road, Sheffield S4 7JD The route is from Al-Rakman Mosque, Ellesmere Road, for 2.5 miles through Burngreave and Firth Park, finishing at Firth Park Methodist Church, 8 Stubbin Lane, S5 6QL. Stops will be made at each place of worship for personal prayers. The walk is organised by Sheffield Faith Leaders Group and the Islamic Society of Britain with the support of Sheffield Faiths Forum and Yorkshire & Humber Faiths Forum and is a public demonstration of solidarity between faiths and a joint intent for peace.
