Guided Meditation for Busy People
Amida Sheffield offers a weekly lunchtime meditation at the Sheffield Anglican Cathedral. Sundari and Bhaktika have been joined by Mary Dight from the cathedral and take it in turn to guide the weekly 30 minute meditation. This will be held at 1 pm every monday except for Bank Holidays. No previous experience is required. The facilitators are happy to be approached at the end of the period for advice about setting up a meditation practice.

Friday Morning Meditation
Sundari and Bhaktika also offer a friday morning meditation period at 8.15 am at Broomspring Lane. If you are wanting to attend, it is best to give them a call prior to check that the session is running.
